About Beverly

Hello!

I am a wife and mother and have nearly completed launching my kids out of the home nest.  I learned at an early age that parts of life can be deeply painful and that it’s possible to learn from our past so that we can become the very best versions of ourselves.  I live life in each moment because I know I am not guaranteed a tomorrow. 

I believe we can not heal what we do not acknowledge. I love finding those parts in you that need to be acknowledged, seen, and heard in order to bring true healing. I have spent my life breaking free from labels and expectations I unfairly put on myself and would be honored to help you do the same for yourself. 

I love spending time with friends and family. I love the sunshine and being out in it. I love to travel.  I love a good nap. I love live jazz music. I love stupid pet videos. I love to laugh and find joy in each moment. I love adventures. Most of all - I love sitting with others and exploring their story to find healing. It is one of my greatest honors!
